How Printed? Professionally litho printed letterheads on German Heidelberg presses.
Print Options? Spot Pantone® Colours, in 1, 2 or 3 spot colours; or Full Colour CMYK. Single or Double sided print. You can also buy plain unprinted paper from us. Trimmed finished size A4 (210mm x 297mm). Minimum quantity : 250.
Supplied Artwork : Should be supplied as a high quality, print ready, PDF. Your PDF should be set up as spot Pantone® colours if not printing in full colour CMYK; and should be supplied at 100% size (A4), with bleed and trim marks.
Quantities Available - 250, 500, 1000, 1750, 2500, 5000, 7500, 10,000. For other quantities, please email us for a price.
Guaranteed use on all laser printers in 100gsm, 120gsm & 160gsm weights (subject to manufacturers’ guidance on grammage & use).

Artwork/Templates
• Supplying your own artwork: this should be supplied as a high resolution Print ready PDF, set up as Spot Pantone Colours (if printing 1, 2, or 3 spot colours); or Full Colour (set up as CMYK), with trim marks, and at 100% correct printing size.
• If requiring us to prepare artwork for you, please supply us with your previous template and the information you require amending. We will provide PDF screen proofs for checking before we proceed to printing.
• Artwork size - should be set up at 100% correct size. Trim Size is A4, 297mm x 210mm.
• If your design goes to the edge of the letterhead, please add 2mm bleed to your artwork (extra image outside the design area that we can trim into). The bleed area will get cut off during the finishing process, allowing your design to go fully to the edge.
• Artwork with 2mm Bleed (if your artwork goes to the edge), Set up at 301mm x 214mm - we will cut off 2mm on all edges.
• We recommend that any logos or text is at least 3mm away, inside the trim edge of your letter head artwork. Also, avoid thin borders going to the very edge of your letterhead
